Overview

Vipra is a sweet, drinkable and accessible red wine that appeals to the millenial palate. Lightly fizzy and low alcohol content.  Perfect on its own over ice or mixed in a cocktail. To be served chilled.

Recipes:

VIPRA Hiss 1/2 oz VS Cognac 1/2 oz Cointreau 1/2 oz Lemon Juice 1/2 oz VIPRA Wine
Garnish: Lemon twist and 1/2 rim of sugar Glass: Stemless glass Prep: Shake all the ingredients together with ice, strain into chilled coupe glass with a 1/2 rim of sugar and zest with an orange twist.

VIPRA Spritz 1 oz Aperol 2 oz VIPRA Wine 2 oz Lamberti Extra Dry Prosecco 1 oz Club Soda
Garnish: Orange Wheel Glass: Large Wine Glass Prep: Fill the glass ¾ of the way with ice, add in each of the ingredients, then gently stir. Garnish then serve.

VIPRA Bite 3 oz Vipra Sweet Red  1.5 oz Edinburgh Rhubarb Ginger liqueur  .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice  .5 oz Cinnamon Simple Syrup  3 dashes Orange Bitters 
Garnish: Orange twist & smoking cinnamon stick Glass: Stemless Prep: Put all ingredients in a shaker tin and strain over ice. Garnish then serve.
