Terroir: The Santi Soave Vigneti di Monteforte is sourced from vineyards idealy situated throughout the Soave DOC.
Vinification: The wine is vinified and aged “sur lie” entirely in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for a period of 7 months prior to a light filtration and bottling.
The wine has intense, fresh aromas of flowers and chalk, and complex tropical fruit and savory herb flavors on the palate, with excellent balance, firm acidity with a long, crisp finish.
Due to the rigorous selection of grapes from mid-hillside plots, Soave is a very fragrant wine with interesting aromatic complexity.
