Terroir: The Santi Soave Vigneti di Monteforte is sourced from vineyards idealy situated throughout the Soave DOC.
Vinification: The wine is vinified and aged “sur lie” entirely in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks for a period of 7 months prior to a light filtration and bottling.
The 2019 vintage, compared to the 2017 is more intense with pronounced floral notes (due to the Trebbiano, very ripe and picked at the end of September). It has classic yellow peach from the Garganega and a higher acidity and bright freshness.
