Terroir: Located in Reggio-Emilia and Piacenza, the grapes are grown on hilltop vineyards in well-structured grounds where the soil is dry and calcareous.
Vinification: Select red and white grapes undergo an extremely soft pressing. Only the very first drops of must are gathered and fermented. After fermentation the wines are blended, creating the characteristic rosé color. A second fermentation is employed to develop the wine’s light sparkle. Isobaric bottling follows.
Soft-pink with violet reflections. Lightly aromatic bouquet, fine and fruity. Fresh and sweet on the palate, in harmony with the light acidulous hints.
