Olivier Leflaive - Bourgogne Aligoté (Recolte du Domaine) 2016
Overview
Olivier Leflaive's Aligoté is sourced from domaine vineyards in Meursault and behind the tiny village of Corpeau, just south of Puligny Montrachet. Vines average 30 years old in soils of clay and limestone.
Vinification: The domaine's Aligots is made with low yielding, old vines, vinified and aged in 100% stainless steel. Racy acidity makes this perfect as an aperitif, enjoyed with shellfish or made into the famous Kir cocktail.
