Vinification: Grapes are sorted, pressed and vinified entirely in Allier oak barrel, 30% of which is new. The wine is aged in the cellars for 12 months where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and sees frequent stirring of the lees. Following the aging process each barrel is racked and the final blending occurs.

This intense, concentrated wine is also beautifully elegant. It comes from parcels in all parts of the Grand Cru giving a rich wine that has great acidity as well as apricot and crisp apple flavors. The wine is intense, stylish, fruity and structured in a way that will allow it to age so well. Drink this major wine from 2024.

Citrus rules the day in this opulent, lemony white, with accents of orange peel and kumquat at the core. Sharp and tight, leaving a clove- and vanilla-infused finish. Best from 2019 through 2029.
