Cantine Maschio - Prosecco Extra Dry (NV) DOC
Overview
Terroir: The Prosecco region is situated between the Adriatic Sea and the foothills of the Italian Alps. Sandwiched between mountains and sea, the hilly vineyards of the region enjoy a temperate climate and elevated rainfall, which favors the production of the Glera grape. Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes to extract only the free-run juice from the heart of the berry. Then the juice is left to rest in stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 hours and then fermentation begins. Vinification in stainless takes about 15-20 days at 65-68 °F to develop a natural perlage.Additional Details

"An early-in-the-week drink may be cause for something on the lighter side—after all, it is only Tuesday. If you're celebrating this day of bubbles but want to keep it cute, consider Cantine Maschio Prosseco Brut. It's an inviting, fruit-forward sparkling wine that tastes of peach and floral effervescence."
