Cantine Maschio - Prosecco Extra Dry (NV) DOC
OverviewTerroir: The Prosecco grape thrives in northeastern Italy’s Veneto region. Vineyards are designated in DOC area.
Vinification: Gentle pressing of the grapes to extract only the free-run juice from the heart of the berry. Then the juice is left to rest in stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 hours and then fermentation begins. Vinification in stainless takes about 15-20 days at 18-20 °C (65-68 °F) to develop natural sparkles.

"An early-in-the-week drink may be cause for something on the lighter side—after all, it is only Tuesday. If you're celebrating this day of bubbles but want to keep it cute, consider Cantine Maschio Prosseco Brut. It's an inviting, fruit-forward sparkling wine that tastes of peach and floral effervescence."
