Terroir: Vinyards are located in the hills in the DOCG zone between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Mixed soil but mainly clay make up the majority of the vineyards.
Vinification: The grapes are gently pressed to maintain their natural characteristics. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel is followed by a secondary temperature-controlled fermentation in autoclaves (i.e. the charmat method).
Light gold with creamy mousse. Aromas of peach, candied citron and acacia. Cool, crisp, and refreshing with ripe peach flavors.
