Prosecco Organic DOC Extra Dry (NV)

Lamberti

Established in 1964, The House of Lamberti stands on the shores of Lake Garda in the Veneto region of northern Italy. From the best hillside vineyards across Treviso and the Venezie area, The House of Lamberti estate crafts a range of “New Italian Classics,” brilliant, elegant and approachable sparkling wines that combine tradition with a modern style that’s very popular today. This organic Prosecco from western Veneto is certified by the internationally recognized CCPB agency.

Vinification: Glera grapes, picked in vineyards where organic viticulture methods are used, are soft pressed and the must obtained is fermented at a controlled temperature. The prise de mousse is achieved with due care and attention, applying the Martinotti method in order to preserve the special aromatic and floral characteristics of the grapes, in line with stringent organic production methods.

Additional Information

Pale and bright straw yellow with a fine and persistent mousse. Floral fragrances and aromas typical of the grape variety. Agreeable, clean and fresh with a lingering aromatic finish.
