Vinfication: In stainless steel at controlled temperature with pre-maceration of about 10 days. Malolactic fermentation follows.
Folonari Pinot Noir shows very penetrating aromas of blackcurrants, with notes of forest undergrowth and spices. On the palate, are attractive dry, savory and balanced red fruit flavors, with traces of blackberry conserve and toasted hazelnuts.
