Summary: Folonari has been a byword for quality in Italian wine since 1825. We choose only the most suitable grapes to blend the aromas and flavors that only Italy’s most quintessential wines are able to offer. Folonari, distributed worldwide, satisfies new market demands not only by making the most of its venerable past but also by focusing on quality and innovation.
Vinification: Vinification starts with a short cold maceration of about 12–18 hours, which endows the juices with their characteristic coloor. The must ferments at controlled temperature (17 °C) with cultured yeasts. The wine is then refermented in stainless steel tanks and filtered.
Color coral pink, fine flowery aromas of violet and fruity notes of fresh and juicy red berries. On the palate, lively and fizzy with a charming fruity finish.
