Bouzeron is a small village in Côte Chalonnaise neighbouring Rully. The vines have been cultivated here for over 10 centuries. This ancient village has been well known for a long time, for the quality of its Aligoté.
Terroir: Sourced from 5.75 acres with an east/southeast exposure. Soils are primarily white marl.
Vinification: The hand-picked harvest is transported to our winery in Mercurey. The grapes are therefore pressed rapidly before being vinified in stainless steel vats. The wine is then raised on its fine lees for 8 to 10 months, enabling it to acquire a certain suppleness and more complex aromas.
A brilliant pale yellow color. This wine is expressive and releases the typical aromas of its grape variety: white flowers and lemon, combined with mineral notes. On the palate, it proves to have beautiful liveliness. The finish is slightly acidic and leaves a nice sensation of freshness.
