Christian Moreau owns 4 hectares in the Vaillon cru. Fermentation occurs in small, temperature-controlled vats. A minimum of filtration is employed, and the wines go through a full malolactic fermentation.
Nose is ripe, somewhat muted yellow peach, apricot with a hint of smokiness. In the mouth it is ripe, with good substance and a rich, buttery tone; very soft, will develop quickly.
