Terroir: Delle Venezie, Northeast Italy. The soil is morainic and sandy.
Vinification: Fully ripe and healthy grapes are selected. After crushing, the must that during pressing was kept in contact with skins to increase aroma and enhance structure is fermented at controlled temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by a partial malolactic fermentation to preserve freshness and balance.
Straw yellow in color. A bouquet of pineapple and peach aromas, with hints of melon. The palate is fruit forward with a lingering finish.
