Overview
Attitude Pinot Noir is from the Loire Valley and is the result of traditional wine making techniques. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, the vines are planted in the Touraine and Sancerre areas.
The philosophy of the estate is to let nature take its course as much as possible The grapes are hand sorted. After a cold maceration, of a minimum of 15 days, fermentation is carried out during 12 or 15 days. 10% of the wine is stored in new oak barrels before being blending with the wine from stainless steel tanks.

“Attitude” Pinot Noir has a brilliant ruby color with elegant flavors of red fruits, cherries and blackcurrants. Spicy notes lead to a finish that shows elegance and balance, while the fruit and subtle oak show the nobility of Pinot Noir.Technical Details
