Terroir: The hills and foothills in the areas of Scandiano and Canossa, province of Reggio Emilia.
Vinification: The best grapes are selected and hand harvested. A slow fermentation then takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to obtain the lively frizzante note.
Intense, with violet glints, and vanishing foam. Ripe red stone fruit aromas. Ripe berry flavors, lively and well-balanced.
