Summary
Terroir: The Melini Rosé comes from select hillside vineyards in Chianti between Florence and Siena. Vineyards sit with exposure to the south/ southeast and soils made up primarily of limestone and clay.
Vinification: Following harvest; grapes are pressed and macerated with the skins for a short period to extract color and flavor. This period is followed by a long cool fermentation and a short aging period in stainless steel tanks.

Notes
Bright pink hue with distinct aromas of flowers and wild berries. Well balanced rosé, with notes of fresh cut strawberries and soft rose petals. Crisp and long finish.
